Love me some skate skiing at Soldier Hollow! Here is a bit of what I have been up to in preparation for the 2015 triathlon season that seems to be just around the corner! And I couldn't be more excited!!! Provo Rec Masters One of my favorite things about visiting Provo is the masters swim class at the new Provo Rec Center! Coach Heath is the bomb and it's surely never boring with him on deck! Swimming is so much more fun with a group of friends and, while I miss Northern Arizona Masters, I am glad to have these goofballs with me while logging the miles in the pool over Christmas break! Never a dull moment with this group! And just in time for some new motivation to get to the pool during the cold and dark winter months, Coeur sent me a lovely new swim suit that perfectly matches my T3 Triathlon swim cap! Score! Thank you! looking good = feeling good New Bike I couldn't be more excited about this speedy black beauty!
